  • Donor information is never sold, rented, or exchanged.

All credit card transactions are processed securely using encryption, access controls, and industry-standard safeguards.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, we will delete it promptly. We encourage parents to engage with their children’s online use and VOIH programs together.

Testimonials & Endorsements

With your permission, VOIH may use your testimonial or endorsement (e.g., first name, last initial, state, and likeness) to highlight community support. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

HIPAA Disclaimer

VOIH is not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under HIPAA. Health-related information should not be submitted to us, as our services are not designed to meet HIPAA requirements.
